Chad Collins

Chad Collins is executive vice president of Roofing Corporation of America, Atlanta. Before joining Roofing Corp of America, he was the founder and president of Bone Dry Roofing Co., Athens, Ga., which he led for nearly two decades and sold in July 2021.

A dedicated industry leader, Collins was first elected to NRCA’s board of directors in 2008 and has served multiple terms. He joined the Executive Committee in 2015 and again in 2024 and most recently served as NRCA’s chairman of the board-elect from 2025–26.

Throughout his tenure, Collins has contributed extensively to NRCA, serving on numerous committees and task forces, including the PAC Advisory, Government Relations, Membership, Workforce Development, Contractor Management, and NRCA Legal committees. He also is an active member of the Roofing Alliance and will serve a three-year term on its board of trustees from 2026–29.
